From one exam to the next it is tough not to worry about how you did and compare it to how well you now need to do.

But that kind of thinking will only cause stress and worry. You don’t need any extra stress or worry right now!

So breathe in, breathe out. As many times as you need to.

You took paper 1. It’s done. Move on, you can’t change what happened in that, but you can focus on doing the best you can on paper 2.
